Marsha did an excellent job helping my aging parents sell their home of 49 years. Not only did she handle her real estate agent duties well, she went above and beyond in her efforts to make this major move for my parents (into Assisted Care living) as easy as possible. She visited with them before they moved more often than would have been required, and also visited with them after them had made the move, but before the closing on the house had taken place. She was careful and patient with them when explaining the details of the settlement, and really watched over them as if they were her own parents. She also kept me in the loop regularly, and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Marsha for your real estate needs.

If your questioning which realtor is going to best fit all of your needs and help you every step of the way, Marsha Sebastian is the right person for the job! For my husband and myself, this was our first time purchasing a home and was a little nervous about the whole process and what to expect. Marsha took all of our worries away and made it the best experience possible. She made sure all of our needs and wants were met, all while making it a fun process. We fell in love with our home the moment we walked in the door, and right away she got to work and made sure we could make this our home sweet home. Starting with price negotiating, making sure we had the best home inspections/testing done, to the proper paper work completed, keeping in touch with us at all times, she was spot on! Anytime we had a question or concern, she was always prompt in returning our calls and answering to our needs. There were so many things we were very unaware of going into this and with her knowledge and years or experience, we felt very comfortable with her and knew we could trust her to guide us in the right direction step by step. She keeps herself very educated and up to date in the rules and laws of real estate so we knew everything was being done the right way. When it came time for the closing, we could not believe how quick, smooth, and easy it was! Just like that, we bought our first home with the best realtor! We couldn't have done it without Marsha! She is such a sweet person, so easy to communicate with, meets your every needs all while making it a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her! Could not have picked a better agent to help us with our home search. From the very beginning, Marsha was professional, informative, and readily available. Her interest and devotion towards helping us find our home was truly genuine. Her flexibility, availability, and quick response time to email and texts were evidence of that.
